How to remove "Dispatch" icon on DriveSmart65?

Hi. My DS65 shows a Dispatch icon instead of the "Where to" icon, and has dispatch functions like routes and stops.

I've done several hard resets with no luck. Any ideas on how to remove it and get back to the factory default?

The only documentation I can find for this is the 'Dispatch and Track' feature on some Garimin units, however as far as I can see the DriveSmart 65 doesn't have this feature

The dezl 780 user guide says Dispatch and Track is disabled when a Profile of 'Car' is selected however the DriveSmart 65 doesn't have Profile options either, the DriveSmart 65 user guide does not mention 'Dispatch' or 'Profile'
