I need to add some waypoints to a GPS12

    hello,
    i have a garmin gps 12
    i need to add some waypoints to it from computer
    i have installed mapsource and it cant recornize the gps
    i wonder what is wrong b here
    i what is the software needed to make the computer read the gps?

    mmm so did you know is the gps 12 can connect to mapsource or no?

    NO, there is no mention of Mapsource in the owners manual, the GPS12 is 24 years old

    I updated the gps date and time then map source read it and I sync 370 waypoints to the gps
