Is there a GPS unit that shows where I have been?

    Hi, I go to a lot of garage sales and some areas are very convoluted, easy to lose track of where I have already been. Currently I use Microsoft Streets and Trips on a laptop which lets me leave a line showing the path I have taken all day. I would like to find a dedicated GPS that has that capability. Does something exist? Google searches have not really led me anywhere so far. Thanks for any help or suggestions.
