location arrow not moving with map

Hi wondering if someone can help.I havent used my garmin 64sx for about 2 yrs, used it recently and it works fine,but the arrrow / my location does not move with me on the map as i walk and i have to keep using the directional arrows as i walk to show my location,
I know its a simple fix as i had the same problem when i bought but cant remember the fix. Look forward to hearing from someone. Thank you.

Most likely: - Menu >> Setup >> Map >> Advanced Map Setup >> Adjust Zoom Ranges >> Auto Zoom = On

Also try :- Menu >> Setup >> Tracks >>

1. Track Log = Record Show On Map
2. Record Method = Auto
3. Record Interval = Normal

While on the map screen where you have to scroll it manually, what happens if you hit the "Quit" button?
