We are totally new to anything GPS. We are considering a Garmin eTrex 22x. We have a piece of property we have only been to once. We both need to be able to find it again, and we want to find the property corners. Is this the device for us? Thanks in advance for any help.

Yes the Etrex 22x will do that, if you have documentation detailing map references of your land you will be able to enter them into the GPS as a set of Waypoints or as a Track, (a line around the perimeter) and then the GPS will guide you around your land, if you don't have any map references you will be able to create some Waypoints or a Track using your GPS while you are on your land, but obviously you will need someone or something to show you where the perimeter of you land is, may be an existing fence, river, track etc.
