Magellan 6230-LM

I just purchase a magellan 6230-LM which has the video recorder.

Problem: When trying to down load the video to computer there was no video and seems like I did something to the disk which now reads " Not formatted" so now cant even record or even download..

Do I need to get a new disk?

I understand this unit records video to a microSD card rather than a disk, it probably needs re-formatting
