Do a little reading and you will find that Magellan has the worlds worst customer service ever!I actually have 2 Magellans....One 2500 Crossover unit and a Roadmate 1470.The waterproof one(Crossover)got wet and quit. The 1470 has a "Lag" that makes it pretty much useless. So would I buy another one?Absolutely not.JMHO.

Almost forgot to mention that most of the time their update manager will turn you unit into a brick.I'm afraid to update mine to fix the lag because of all the problems with their Content Manager.
