After powering on the GPS and reaching my first destination, I always get the Route Exclusion screen after powering the unit back on and entering a new address. It will stay stuck on that screen until I press the reset button on the side. After resetting most of the time the operation is successful, occasionally I'll get another Route Exclusion screen but it will usually revert to the map and normal operation after about 30 seconds. This started happening a few months ago.
I went to the Magellan site for this model and didn't see any firmware or map updates. The only thing I saw for that model is " PC Tools for Map Update under Windows. An alternative for users who have troubles to configure the plug-in." I wonder if there is any repair available for this situation.
