Magellan roadmate 2036 mu problem

hi, somebody can Help me i cant turn on my gps, look at the picture. Thanks

I don't own a Magellan and therefore have limited knowledge of them, however, a lot of GPSs enter a different 'mode' when they are attatched to a computer, they enter a file transport mode where the unit will not operate as a SatNav. Have you tried turning on the unit when it isn't connected to a computer?
