Magellan Roadmate 2240T-LM Unacle to connect to "Content Manager"

    I just purchased this unit and it is working quite well, I entered a few addresses into the Content Manager program and tried to "sync" them into the GPS unit and the program doesn't connect to the unit. I tried a few USB cords, I tried on all three USB slots but no luck. The GPS unit recognized that it's connected to the USB but Content Manager doesn't see the GPS unit. Content Manager is version 2.7303.
    If anyone has an idea on this issue, I'll be grateful to hear from them.
