Magellan RoadMate 5230T-LM Reset to Factory Defaults

    I have in My possession a Magellan RoadMate 5230T-LM that I no longer use therefore I would like to recycle the unit.
    But Before I recycle the above mention Magellan GPS unit I want to clear all data (i.e. address book, trip data, gps locations, etc.) How to do I go go about clearing out all the data and return the unit to initial factory settings ( Like New, For first time use)?
    I would greatly appreciate any Help that can be provided.
