Map Symbol On Nuvi 2529

    Every now and then, I get this symbol appear at a junction on my route. Does anyone know what it means?

    You can select different icons to represent map features, but my guess is it is a Favourite / POI (Point Of Interest), these are a places that has been stored earlier of downloaded to your 2529 singly or in groups, if you haven't created or downloaded these POIs they may be ones that are built-in to your 2539, eg:- you could get the unit to display all Banks or Restaurants on your route, thease are usually refered to as 'Up Ahead' POIs and can be turned off if you wish
