I have a Nuvi 40. Yes, it's old but it works well - or it did. The firmware and maps are always up to date,
I live in Colorado and traveled to Delaware and Maryland. Neither exist when I search for them. Ohio or Wyoming come up it seems by default.
It will show nearby cities, but when I look for restaurants it goes to Ohio.
    Any suggestions?

I would start with a factory reset, Note, you need to backup any Routes, favorite waypoints etc. before performing the reset :-

    1. Select Settings.
    2. If necessary, select a settings category.
    3. Select Restore.

Thanks. I should have mentioned that I had done that. I just did a hard reset and installed the latest update. No luck. It's a good thing I had my Android phone with me. I used to love my Nuvi. I think I am done with standalone GPS units, sadly.
