Montana waypoints

    Hello

    Prepared waypoints and have file in gpx format. Copied it under Garmin/gpx directory.
    Map is under Garmin directory.

    When I open the unit, I want to go to my route but unit shows a former route only, not my loaded one.

    I have formatted micro SD and copied the map and gpx file again.

    Is there amemory on my Montana unit which keeps all waypoints and tracks and routes? How can I reach and erase it?

    How did you generate the gpx file?, indiviual waypoints will not be displayed as a Route or Track unless they are saved in a gpx file as a 'Route' or 'Track', e.g. in Garmin Basecamp create 'New Route' or create 'New Track'

    I prepared them on Google Maps, converted to gpx files. Imported to BaseCamp.
    Main problem is they are not seen as a route on my Montana but a former route which is not on Micro SD is seen as a route on Montana and I can't delete it...

    I would guess the gpx file is invalid for the Garmin unit, you can generate your Route in Garmin Basecamp and send it directly to the Montana

    Got It and found it thanks.

    Question: How can I delete all waypoints and routes on Micro SD card and in the memory of Montana ?
