My Magellan explorist 310 didn't come with a basemap

    My Magellan explorist 310 didn't come with a basemap Brand new gps at Walmart asked them they said I couldn't return it. I checked the file system and the map options and the map is black can I download the original basemap or you can send it to me via email etc. Thanks. Kekorepeleco
