does anyone know how to name a route when first transfered to gps unit
The name Etrex has been used for many different products, eg:- Etrex can be followed by :- (Original), 12 Channel, Legend, Vista, Venture, 10, 20, 20x, 22x, 30, 30x, 32x, Touch 25, Touch 35, ES etc. so it would help if you said which model you have, In general on Garmin units I would expect the steps to be Menu >> Route Planner >> [select Route] >> Change Name
