Naviextras Toolbox Does Not Detect My Gps

    I bought this gps device from gearbest

    in the product description page, it says that this device can get free map updates from naviextras. For some reason, the naviextras toolbox program cannot detect my gps device and I even tried to connect my gps in usb mass storage and ms activesync modes but no luck.

    I have same problem, i will go to dealer next, see if they can help!
