need some help with my satnav

hi there guys and girls just wanted to ask a quick question my girlfriend bought me a satnav from ebay it says on it goldbay 704 7 inch truck satnav ive tried to connect it to my pc dosent seem to find also the satnav says go to navixtras to update but they don't support it I meant to say it has igo my way primo on it any ideas thanks

Units running Igo / Primo usually run an operating system called Wince 6 (Windows Mobile 6), you may find that before a computer will 'see' the unit you may have to O.K. the connection by selecting Yes on the Sanav's screen, something like 'Allow USB connection', a search on 'Igo / Primo software' will probably find updates, but there will be a cost, if you buy an update check with the seller that it will run on your unit
