newby to etrex22 and gps stuff

i have some coordinates E:728369.743 and n:6529990.350 i think itis gda94 mga zone 50
how di load this in , i cant seem to find that format in settings
it is probably basic for you guys but i am dumfounded and spent hours trying

I think your co-ordinates are near the town of Southern Cross on the Great Eastern Highway :-

The link above has a Transform option, so if you enter

EPSG:28350 GDA94 / MGA zone 50

N6529990.35

It converts to :-

EPSG:4326 WGS 84

The Postion Format screen on your GPS will have 3 parts to it, they are Position Format, Map Datum and Map Spheroid, GDA 94 and WGS84 are under the Map Datum option, however I havent found a way of entering the GDA94 figures yet so at present I would have to usr the Transform option above
