Just updated maps on our 2595's and we can no longer use several voice commands. It will not recognize....find place, find address, find city and a few others. Says they are not available for North America in english. What is the problem??

The problem is that Garmin completely screwed the pooch BIG TIME with their last map update and it will take the programmers (and I use that term very loosely) several YEARS for them to consider addressing their faux pas. Garmin's motto is "just buy a newer model" to solve the issue. Prove me wrong.

MaryAnn's problem is not going to be caused by a recent map update, that post is 6 years old
