Does the NMEA data track data other than GPS & GLONASS L1 (signal) carriers?

Yes, The first two letters of an NMEA sentence describes the 'Talker', so:-
GPGSV = GPS Satellites in View
GLGSV = Glonass Satellites in View
BDGSV = Beidou Satellites in View
GAGSV = Galileo Satelites in View

    Here are some examples :-

    GPS satellite Numbers at 1:03:38:927 p.m. 3OCT2017
    $GPGSV,3,1,12,01,67,282,40,03,28,217,21,10,14,052,28,11,81,246,27*7F
    $GPGSV,3,2,12,14,33,098,24,17,12,312,27,22,52,209,33,27,09,146,30*79
    $GPGSV,3,3,12,28,32,282,41,32,35,077,23,08,41,158,,24,02,009,*76

    Glonass satellite Numbers at 1:03:38:926 p.m. 3OCT2017
    $GLGSV,2,1,08,70,37,040,19,86,74,097,25,77,09,281,14,79,07,011,18*62
    $GLGSV,2,2,08,87,40,312,29,85,18,122,21,71,70,133,23,72,26,191,*62

    Beidou satellite Numbers at 1:03:38:928 p.m. 3OCT2017
    $BDGSV,2,1,06,211,18,305,36,205,07,113,,206,04,029,,209,30,046,*67
    $BDGSV,2,2,06,212,73,274,,215,06,074,*69

Galileo satellites Numbers at Unknown time
    $GAGSV,2,1,05,311,14,323,,312,48,282,25,319,66,289,23,326,02,167,*65

    Thanks for the reply.
What I'm really trying to find out is, if these data only from the L1 Carriers of the various constellations (GPS, GLO, BEIDOU etc.) ? What if the L1 carriers are jammed, do we get NMEA data from L2C, L5 etc?
