No power

My Garmin campervan unit won’t power up ?
Tried it on a laptop and in another van and no response?
Used it three weeks ago no issues
Any help?

Which power options have you tried ?

1. Internal battery (no external power)
2. USB cable connected directly to unit
3. Powered mount connected to USB supply

Note, if the unit is fully off (not in standby) it may require a prolonged 'press and hold' on the power switch rather than a quick press
