Nuvi 1340 can't find satellite

Updated my 1340 and now it can't find the satellite?
Have reinstalled the map having tried to install Spain and Portugal for this week in Spain!
Stuck now with no sat nav...

Have tried the reset with the fingertip top right corner but that did nothing..
Is there another reset, turned off and on again too

After a reset your Nuvi will take longer to get a satellite fix, place the fully charged unit outdoors with a clear 'view' of the sky, e.g. away from buildings, trees etc. for say 30 minutes, note once the unit gets a 'fix', it will store info that will help get a quicker fix in the future
