nuvi 1490 satelliites - mexico

    Have a Nuvi 1490, bought maps for mexico; now in cancun and unable to acquire or locate satellites; worked fine before I left Canada; all other aspects currently work; was well packed in luggage on plane; any idea what's wrong?
