I want to install a Garmin unit on my motorcycle. I found a Nuvi 2595 unit on Ebay that has Bluetooth capability. Can I pair my bluetooth earplugs to the 2595 and receive driving directions from the 2595?

The user guide only mentions Bluetooth connections to a smartphone for hands free calling and data transfer, I think it is very unlikely that this 'car' satnav will allow connection to a Bluetooth headset that would only be used on motorcycle satnavs like the Zumo
Note:- The 2595 won't be water proof either

Do you know of any Garmin devices that will accomplish my goal? Waterproof wont be an issue as I can get a mount case that will waterproof the setup.

The Zumo 660/665 and XT can connect to a Bluetooth headset
