Could you supply a bit more detail?, I.e. does the unit turn on / off?, does it display anything?, what lead up to the frozen state?, maybe it just fell in the freezer

Like I say, I haven't tried rot use it in years. It Charges and will turn on but the screen doesn't respond to my Taps. I can't open the "Gear" logo.
