I have searched long and hard but can not find any discussion on the different forms of the CSV file format, specifically;
1. why do converters have options for ie navman csv, garmin csv. are they different.
2. why are the quotes " needed, my nuvi2795 doesn't seem to care.
3. why does Garmin specify GPX.
am I missing something important
