Q50 Smartwatch always offline

    Recently purchased a Guzelworld Q50 smartwatch. It receives calls but in the SE Tracker app, the message "device offline" always appears. How can this be fixed? I'm in India, using a Tata DoCoMo SIM (with adequate funds). I typed in

    pw,123456,ts#

    and got:
