Our GPS watch Q528 were working properly for 1 month. Today I am not able to locate them, because I see in app that device is offline. I can call watch, watch can call me, just chat and location is not working. I sent message to watch and answer is in attachment. Any idea what should I do? Restart did not help, SIM card is working in other device. Thanks
