"Removed" Maps how to get it back

O.K...so I'm a total Newbie to the GPS field...I accidentally "removed" the Maps icon from my Garmin etrax 30x and I can no longer get access to the MAPS on my device including a Topo Maps that I purchased...
So how do I get the Maps icon back?
its probably simple...just not a techie at all...
any help would be appreciated

How would you normally access this 'Maps' icon?, is it an option under Settings or is it a screen that is accesses by repeatedly pressing 'Page'?. You can turn on maps with SETUP >> MAP >> MAP INFORMATION (pages 31 - 32) and you can add the Map page to the 'Page sequence' with SETUP >> CHANGING THE PAGE SEQUENCE (page 39)
