RV 760/Camper 760 - Entering GPS Coordinates

I can't find enough information as to formating N44.305143, W71.532877 into my device. Does anyone know what "format" I would use to convert these coordinates e.g. UTM, US National Grid, etc.?

You are given a choice of 'format' when entering coordinates into Garmin units, so you will have menus something like, Where To >> Coordinates >> wrench (spanner in UK) >> Coordinate Format >> [choose one of 14 different formats], including 3 formats for Latitude / Longitude, UTM, US National Grid, etc.
