For about 10 days I have been trying to check if my maps on my Roadmate 5230-LM were up to date. I spent about 10 hours total on 3 different computers but could not get past Log In. Today I finally went into CHAT and they then had the advanced GPS guys called me. They have been under maintenance all this time with no warning on the website. I find it hard to believe a company like Magellan did not advise us. How many customers around the world have struggled with this. My next GPS will not be a Magellan!!!
