Smartgpseco won't work

Smartgpseco site doesn't recognize my unit !! Registered my Magellan 5220lm Roadmate, downloaded cmgr and installed but doesn't work ! any ideas

i have the same problem....talked with the people there and they told me that i must be me doing something wrong cause it works for others. has not been updated in a year can never get it to recognize my device.

No one got help with this. I have the same issue and am getting no where fast.. Magellan is known for all kinds of issues.
