I would say the answer is no, as fas as I can see, this unit is a camera, not a Satnav
Garmin Satnavs can install Points Of Interest, they can be set to notify the user at a set distance with both a visual on-screen icon and a dedicated voice message, e.g. "Gatso 50". Speed camera databases can be downloaded from several web sights and installed as POIs, some are free and some are subscription based, here is one :-
