Speed Change Alerts

    Hello.
    I would appreciate if anyone can help me. I wanted to make my GPS alert me to a speed change by a visual / audio alert. I dont have any specific POI's but in general as the speed changes from 70 to 55, and i get a warning one mile or a specific distance before that.
