Street Pilot c510 map loading

    I have a problem with my Garmin Street Pilot C510 sat nav. I cannot load maps to the sat nav keeps coming up on screen cannot load maps . Can any one help please.

    Are the maps too big to fit?, the Street Pilot c510 can handle a 4GB microSD card max.
