TE GPS module firmware update

Hello Everybody,
I have been looking for technical support and firmware update for the now quite old GPS module. It is a Tyco Electronics A1029 B04 unit with the firmware version 103-04 YK/3506. Any help on where I could obtain some more information would be very much appreciated.
I tried to track the manufacturer down, however, it seems Tyco sold GPS line to another company and then GPS line kept changing hands - I got as far as German Vincotech sold it to Hong Kong based Maestro Wireless Solutions, however, have not been able to get any further. Maestro Wireless Solutions website is redirected to Lantronix.com, who so far have not been able to provide any more information.
The issue with the GPS is the week counter appears to have rest, which caused all units to stop working.
Any help and piece of advise would be much appreciated.
