Too much detail

    I have an eTrex 22x. I want the names of the streets to show, but I have *zero* interest in places of interest. I don't want to see a zillion icons for restaurants, bars, gasoline, recreation, etc. So many icons I can't see the streets. Can someone help me navigate the menu tree to get to where I need to be? Or is it even possible.
    I apologize if this is too simple, or has been answered already several times, but I don't know where to look to find the answer.

    This is allowable on some models, it is under map layers e.g. Settings >> Map & Vehicle >> Map Layers >> Up Ahead Places, however I don't think the Etrex 22 has this option
