Topo map of poland

    Totally new to handheld gps. Looking for topographic map of poland that shows trails, roads and water features such as rivers, streams, ponds ,etc. Must be zoomed in. Where do i even begin? It would be one of the handheld garmins, have not bought yet. I just download a map file? Where can i get this one specifically? Thank you
