UK Speed Limits

Hello,

Does anyone know which SATNav company has the best speed limit coverage and roughly how accurate, up to date and complete that coverage is on different types of road? I would also be interested in knowing how the maps used by TomTom, Garmin, Waze and the likes compare with open street maps in that respect.

I am trying to work out which SATNav or android app would be best at making sure I stay under the speed limit when driving in Glasgow (UK) and the surrounding area.

This reply doesn't directly answer your questions, but it's worth pointing out that you can also install speed camera data as Points Of Interest onto your Satnav, These POIs can be grouped into speed zones to anounce for example "Gatso 60 Miles Per Hour" and the databases that provide this speed camera data are updated every month
