Unable to activate Garmin InReach Explorer+

    Unable to activate my brand new Garmin Inreach Explorer+

    When I enter the Authorization Code and IMEI, I get a message that reads: “This device has been suspended.” I have reset the device to factory settings, but still have the same issue.

    I would be inclined to take / send this item back to the supplier you purchased it from, it sounds like you are not the first owner of this unit, without authorization you have a hand held GPS worth less than half the price of an Inreach Explorer+
