Updating a Magellan Roadmate 9212T-LM

    I am trying to update an Magellan Roadmate 9212T-LM

    I go to the Magellan Webpage and directs to SmartGPSEco.com
    I do the the login at SmartGPSEco.com

    My device will connect but the Magellan Roadmate 9212T-LM pull
    downs will not update. The device has lifetime updates

    Is there a way to update this device?
    Is there any web page instructions on how to update my device?
