Vantage Point

    Magellan seems to be no help been waiting a almost 2 weeks for help.

    I have a explorist 310. When i got it a few weeks back i installed vantage point and paid for a 1 year subscription to DP maps. I was able to download one map i had made to my gps with no issues. Now every time i open vantage point DP will have in green beside it (connected) then about 30 seconds to a min later it switches to (not connected). I installed the software on my other computer and im having the same issue. It seems that i can log into my DP account but it will not DL/update the map on the computer. I tried using the national geographic map as well and it has the same results. So now im sitting here with a gps that does not work. Im to the point of taking it back to the store i bought it from and getting my money back and getting a garmen
