Velocity filtering on TerraSync 5.86

I'm running 3 Trimble Geo7x's with Terrasync 5.86 on them, and I can't seem to find the option to enable Velocity Filtering. I figured it would just be in the GNSS settings, but it's not there. We do forestry work, so we're almost always recording GPS data under tree canopy. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

 

Exactly what I'm looking for. But when I follow the directions to that point, the option to select velocity filtering is not there. That whole dialog box where it is found is not in the differential correction wizard I open. I read there was also the option to enable velocity filtering in the GPS handheld itself, but I can't find the option in there either.
