Voice Prompts Stoped Working

In the middle of a drive yesterday, my DriveAssist 50 stopped giving me oral directions. The volume is set to 100%, and it's not muted. I couldn't find anything in the manual about turning Voice Prompts on and off, only about muting voice prompts when using Voice Commands.

Try reseting the DriveAssist 50, note, I would expect a warning if any data will be lost during the reset, but I would backup any Routes, POIs etc. just to be on the safe side

Resetting the Device
You can reset your device if it stops functioning.
Hold the power key for 12 seconds.
