    Hi there,

I've just got a Garmin Overlander and have been planning tracks and waypoints in Basecamp. When I export the data to the device the waypoint labels don't appear. Is there a setting that i've overlooked?

    Many thanks

    Thanks Nuvi,

    Tried that...
It's a bit of a beast. Now Garmin have added the Explorer software to further confuse customers. Can't these guys make user friendly kit?

    cheers

    Hello Nuvi,
I've just been told by Garmin that the Overlander doesn't support waypoint labels...:(
Is there perhaps a way to create custom icons for the waypoints with the desired info intead of flags?

    Cheers

Yes, you're right, just been through that exercise.
All in vain as the overlander just resets all the waypoint to blue flags ;)
