Does anyone know what this is? I have some lines / spots on my Garmin Oregon 600 that were never there before and are making it harder to use the device.

The lines stay even after reboot or reset. They are present both with the device turned on and off. Since the photo below the pattern has changed into sort of a blob/stain (more circle-like then a line).

Would be great if someone knows what this is and how to fix it.

Yes, that seems fairly possible, but nothing happend. I didn't drop it, etc. Hoping it's a result of water/condensation or overhearting or something.

In your picture it does look as if something strange has happened to the edge of the screen where the 'Line' is :-
