can i use it to build android app?
is it useful for real time postioning?

It looks like the code is intended for a Windows environment, so you would have re-compile for Android

System Requirement

The executable binary GUI and CUI APs included in the package require Microsoft Windows environment. On the other OS or environment, you have to compile and build CUI APs by yourself.
