What is Glonass signals

    I noticed that the word "GLONASS" is affiliated with GPS units for fishing, but I failed to see that phrase involved with Automotive units....


    WHAT IS GLONASS SIGNAL......???

    GLONASS is the GPS satellite constellation that was put into space by the Soviet Union. The GLONASS satellites are in lower orbits than the US military satellites that most GPS receivers use to establish LAT LONG and altitude. The GLONASS system is more accurate and is more usable inside.
