Which device to find grave stones?

Can you tell me what I need to do if I want to locate a remote location/spot and I have the GPS coordinates? This is what I’m doing: I have a Sony camera that records the GPS coordinates. My hobby is finding grave stones in colonial cemeteries and researching information about the decedents. If I want to then later go back and quickly find the gravestone, is there a device or procedure I can follow that will enable me to input the GPS coordinates and then have the device guide me to the exact location?
